The ensuite double room is airy and quiet , facing a footpath so no absolutely vehicular access/noise at all. Property is an end terrace house, located in a safe neighbourhood.
Kitchen, lounge and garden areas are all accessible.

Happy to socialize but my availability is sporadic due to work commitments and alternative accomodation elsewhere but generally reachable via phone or email. You will generally have the place to yourselves and/or with another guest so please feel at home. However if and when I'm around , I'll try my best to oblige with the little things e.g. courtesy pickup/dropoff from Hatfield Station.
Please park in either: allocated parking spot directly in front of rear entrance, or anywhere around estate - making sure parking sticker is displayed at all times. Parking permit is loaned free of charge to guests and must be returned before departure.
Please lock sliding glass door then deposit key through letterbox (slot) located at front door upon departure
- Kindly clean up after cooking/eating.
- Polite, respectful and tidy guests welcome.
- Check-in time is 12PM to 10PM , Check-out by 2PM
- Lost or unreturned: keys and/or parking permits attracts a £25 charge each.
