This apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator in building) in a quieter area of the apartment complex. Situated in hammock grove which is a short walk away from the pool/game room. Please note that we only have one parking spot available.
Please observe these rules while staying with us
For the safety of our guests and the residents in our buildings, our reservation holders are required to fill out our Guest Form. Please complete this form within 24 hours to confirm your reservation.
Don’t forget to lock the door to the unit when you leave. It does not lock automatically. You have to turn the key to the right to lock it.
No smoking in the unit or on the property.
No pets (please notify us in advance if you have a service animal).
We have parking, but no designated spots. Park in any open spot! You will need to place a parking pass on your rearview window. They are located in the kitchen drawer closest to the fridge. Please do this ASAP to avoid having your car towed.
Occupancy is intended for a maximum of 6 people.
Building quiet hours after 10pm. And please, no parties, events or gathering of any kind.

Please do your part to be eco-friendly by turning off lights when you leave, conserving water where you can, and turning the A/C off when you aren’t in the unit.
You are responsible for all contents in the unit from check-in until check-out so please let us know if anything is damaged or lost during your stay.
Your check out cleaning is included with your rental if you leave the unit in 'as found' condition. If you do not leave the apartment in ‘as is’ condition, we may charge you an excessive cleaning fee. Excessive cleaning can be for any of, but not limited to, the following reasons: dirty dishes, any 'leftovers' or perishable food items left in unit, trash not placed in its appropriate receptacle, soiled ovens; if you spill something please be sure to clean it up.
Please use the coasters we have provided for all of your beverages. Some furniture is antique and susceptible to damage.
Please run the dishwasher before checking out and do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or around the apartment.
Please leave one key on the kitchen counter and replace 1 key in the lockbox when you check out. Please return the parking pass to the kitchen drawer.
