The entire property is available to rent as an entire town house, the kitchen is fully equip and there is free wifi and a docking station in the living room that can be used along with the TV's.

My Partner and I are always contactable on our phones if there is an emergency. I will always be checking my e-mails and messages through Air BnB and my personal phone.
I give my mobile number to the groups before they stay to discuss Check In Details which they can use during their time in the House
There is supplies left in the kitchen such as tea towels, cleaning equipment, tablets for the dishwasher all kept in the cupboards. There are black communal black bins situated just outside the house to the right which can be used to dispose of a guests rubbish including all bottles
Toilet roll and Hand Soap will also be included in every bathroom along with hand towels
- No stag parties, only mixed groups or hen parties only. Sorry
Please ensure that the property is kept clean during your stay and left in a clean condition when you leave, a hoover is provided if there is any excess mess from streamers, party poppers etc.
Please ensure any rubbish is taken out to the communal bins near the front of the property
All keys to be left in the house when you leave for the back doors and windows
All windows and doors to be fully closed and locked when you leave the house
No Parties to be held in the house as it is a residential area, please be mindful of neighbours when leaving or returning home from a night out
No Smoking in the house, there is a private small area to the side of the house which can be used for smokers through a side door, please leave cigarette ends in the bucket provided
Please Do not hang items on the wall with blue tac as it causes damage to the paintwork

I live on the outskirts of Brighton and have worked in the lettings business in Brighton and Hove for over 9 years and recently started working alongside my Partner to build up our Holiday Home portfolio. Our two properties are ultra modern, Bright colours with a colour theme on each level and a fantastic central location within minutes walk from each other and a stones throw from the sea front, I360 and the City Centre. The town houses are ideal for large groups or families on a city break together by the seaside and VERY popular with Hen parties looking for a great place to base themselves within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, bars and seafront. My partner and I manage the properties ourselves so you will always be able to contact us directly before and during your stay for any help. I have lived just outside of Brighton and my Partner has always lived in or on the outskirts of Brighton so we are experts on the area and happy to give advice or suggestions on places to visit during your stay.
