Welcome to our comfy, converted cabin at the end of our lovely south facing garden. Ideal for anyone looking to stay close to the beautiful white sandy beaches as well as stunning coastal walks and St Ives harbour approximately 10 /15 min walk.
Our cosy cabin is a perfect place to rest and chill out after a day out.
Included are; linen, towels, milk, coffee & teas. There is a kettle, toaster and silent fridge. Welcome pack includes wine/flowers/biscuits depending on length of stay. Travel cot.
Our log cabin is situated at the end of our south facing, 25 metre garden. It measures 5 x 4 metres with windows at every garden aspect. Inside, the cabin is super comfy and has wooden beds that have zip up mattresses which can be a big double or 2 singles with draw storage underneath. We have a chill corner with a round table and perfect views into the garden, not to forget a secret door that hides away the bathroom which has a power boost shower, toilet and glass bowl sink.
We have also a silent fridge, kettle, toaster, TV and super fast Cornwall Wi fi . Tea, coffee and milk is provided as well as two sets of towels.
From 28th July until the end of August our house will also be rented. This is situated approx 20 metres away from the cabin and feels very separate. You have your own garden area and separate access. PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT THE RUGBY CLUB DURING AUGUST HOWEVER WE PROVIDE FREE PARKING ON OUR DRIVEWAY THROUGHOUT THE REST OF THE YEAR.
Access to the Cabin is via a private gate at the side of the house that leads directly into the garden so it's easy to access and also nice and quiet.
The house is a cream colour and has a garage with wooden doors and double driveway. Please park in the left part of the driveway. There is usually a white van parked in front of the garage (to help you find the house at night).
Is as much or as little as you like, we are very easy going and appreciate you may well want your own space. Julius runs stand up paddle board lessons and all sorts of activities out of the harbour so can direct you to lots of fun things to do. PLEASE NOTE we will not be there during August and there will be other airbnb guests staying in the house. However we will be contactable by phone and Julius will not be far away. He will need access to the garage on some occasions and is very helpful with surfing tips etc..
We are a family with 2 daughters 2 Guinea pigs and a puppy!Sometimes we will be in and out of the garden but the girls are well behaved, just very giggly. We make sure you are not disturbed as much as possible.
We ask guests to be mindful of leaving food or shoes outside the cabin as these could be stolen by our puppy!
We respect your privacy so tend to keep things quiet when we have guests and you have your own secluded section of garden and seating area.
I am afraid we are unable to except pets to stay over.
There is a shoe box provided for sandy feet. However the flooring is rustic so we are not too precious!
Please be aware there is a specialist macerator toilet and waste needs to be kept to a minimum. Please use bin provided when using wipes/sanitory towels/extra tissue.
We have a puppy/dog, please be mindful of leaving food/shoes/bin bag outside as they may get eaten!
Also she is very friendly so she may sometimes come to say hello but we keep it to a minimum when we can!

Hello and welcome to St Ives! Me and my partner Jules have lived in this stunning town for 6 years and absolutely love it. We enjoy the endless exploration of this incredible place with its many white sandy beaches and coves. We love paddleboarding, barbeques on the beaches and swimming in the beautiful sea with our two children and golden retriever !
We both enjoy meeting like minded people and Jules has great advice about water sports as he is a Kitesurf and Paddleboard instructor. This includes tips on the tides/wind/surf etc..
Annabel is a printmaker so can help with finding galleries in and around the town. Also we can point you in the right direction on where to eat, drink and find entertainment. There is so much choice but we have found some real gems.
Be believe in 'what goes around comes around'. There is a unique ethos in St Ives, where people are always happy to help and there is a great buzzy atmosphere in town with lots going on for all age groups.
We welcome you and hope you enjoy your holiday here.
