The apartment is in a excellent location, the neighborhood Pocitos. Two blocks away is the beach and the waterfront, where you can go for a walk and exercise.
15 minutes from the Old Town. Nearby restaurants and bars.
The apartment is perfect for couples, adventurers, business travelers and families (with childrens). You'll love my place because of the cozy space, views, location and people.

Juan's place was great. Perfect fit for me and three other people. The balcony was really nice and spacious. Juan's coworker met us at the apartment to give us the key and a quick tour. All of which was very helpful. The apartment did feel a little older but still very clean.

Lejligheden på 8 sal, uegnet for børn. Rustent og løst gelænder i terrassen. Køkken ikke egnet til madlavning, mangler køkkengrej Ingen tv kanaler, kun Netflix på egen regning

The apartment it is perfect for families with kids. In the past 3 years that we had been hosting we never had any problem. The kitchen is small but it has all the necessary cookware for cooking. From now on the apartment has Netflix for guests use. Our apartment is not a 5* luxury hotel... it is a nice family home.
