The house has a colonial style living-dining room with direct access to a private terrace from where you can see the impressive common area, a double bedroom overlooking the private terrace, and another with two single beds overlooking the private back garden, both with closets, two bathrooms, one full and one more functional, sofa bed that extends into a double bed, fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, coffee maker, a gallery and a dining room in the back of more rural style with access to a private garden, has subway parking closed. The whole house is equipped with ac cold / heat ducts and ceiling fans.
Every detail has been taken care of for your enjoyment, from board games, paddle rackets, soccer balls, console, puzzles and playmobils for the kids, to a varied collection of reading books for adults and paddle surf board.
The residential is composed of a swimming pool of enormous dimensions, lawn areas, square of benches with a swing, paddle tennis court and futbito court for sports lovers.
