I would not advise anyone to book this hotel, customer service is extremely poor, no mosquito net, room flooded and leaking when it rains. No regard for customers. The accommodation is not as advertised. Though advertised that they provide wifi, there is none- when I asked was told that they don't plan to have any.
The bathroom was flooded with water mosquitoes were all over the place and when asked for mosquito net none was delivered. Asked to be moved to another room, the manager promised to , however the next day he denied. I booked a double room for £19 , on reaching there I was asked to pay more money.
The breakfast is so poor, I am diabetic and asked for brown bread, instead was brought white toasted bread I tried to explain why I needed brown bread they were least bothered. No fruits provided with breakfast.
Would not advise anyone to book the hotel. I had to shop for another hotel after 2 days and moved out. Meanwhile, it took more than a week to be refunded my money and I had operate on their own terms. The director is least bothered about the plight of customers as are the staff.
