My place is close to public transport, the city center, and art and culture. You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, and the neighborhood. My place is good for solo adventurers.
There's a fridge, microwave, iron, iron board, wifi, TV, a full kitchen and a bathroom at your disposal.
You can access the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and the guest room
I usually work Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, so I'm not always home. I'll give you your own set of keys so you can come in and out freely.
My name is Eduardo, I am a Mexican American working in Nanjing. I've lived in China for over 2 years. I work as a college counselor helping Chinese students study in the U.S. As a first generation college graduate, I take education very seriously and helping students pursue higher education is my passion.
I enjoy cooking Mexican food, salsa dancing, and traveling to new places.
I studied journalism at The University of Texas at Austin (Go Longhorns!) During college I served as a missionary in El Salvador, studied Portuguese in Brazil, interned at a radio station in Madrid, Spain, volunteered at an orphanage in India, received a paid internship in the U.S. Congress, and lived in Denmark doing research about human rights violations. I then worked as a high school college counselor in South Texas until I received a scholarship to do a master's degree in Shanghai.
TV Shows and Favorite Books

I'm currently reading Dale Carnegie "How to make friends and influence people"
I work from 8:30am to 5:30pm M-F and occasionally on Saturdays. You are welcomed to use the kitchen anytime, do laundry, use the wifi. I can show you around in the evening, cook or go out to explore the city. Once a month I like to go camping to the Purple Mountain with friends, we could organize something if you are interested. I'll give you a copy of the house keys so you can feel free to explore on your own while I'm out.
