Our fabulous million dollar luxury condo is right on the bay! There is nothing between our view and the gorgeous scenery. Search the map to see how special this location is. There is even a ocean view from the Master Bedroom! It's amazing to spend time here. We are only booking this unit for a short period until we move in permanently! There is only 8 units in this strictly no party building! For clarity and to protect both parties a sign RENTAL AGREEMENT is necessary to book this condo.

Located in vibrant Mission Beach. We are in an active area with some traffic noise.
1 dedicated parking space.

For clarity and to protect both parties a sign RENTAL AGREEMENT is necessary to book this condo.
The RENTAL AGREEMENT will contain:
Your Name (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)
Date of stay (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)
Your security deposit will be refunded to you if these conditions are met.
All debris, rubbish and trash are placed in the proper alley dumpsters.
No damage is done to the home or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
The refrigerator emptied and cleaned.
All cooking and eating utensils are cleaned and stowed.
The dishwasher is emptied.
All keys are returned to original locations.
No linens, towels or household items are missing.
No early check-in or late checkout.
House has not been smoked in.
bikes are stowed and securely locked.

When you arrive, the home will be clean and set up with linens and as a courtesy we have included the following list of supplies to accommodate the appropriate amount of guests:
Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, paper towels, and napkins
Dishwasher soap, hand soap, toilet paper
There is no daily maid service.
No pets allowed per Condo Association Rules. Guests who bring a pet or pets will forfeit their security deposit and may be evicted from the property.
This is a non-smoking home by both you and any quests you have. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine and if additional cleaning is necessary to remove smoke odors from the house and/or linens, costs will be subtracted from your deposit.
There is no telephone at this unit.
Check in time is no earlier than 3 pm PST. There is only a 5 hour window to completely clean, disinfect and set up for the next guests. Please respect this work schedule and do not arrive early.
Check out time is no later than 10 am PST the day you are scheduled to leave. We must be able to enter the home at 10 a.m. If you do not vacate the premises on time, you will be charged for one (1) additional night‘s stay.
Please follow any posted Condominium rules in the elevator or on the premises.
Checkout procedures: Prior to checkout, all dishes should be washed and put away and refrigerator is to be emptied. Beds may be left unmade and sheets and pillowcases left on. Furniture is to put to original configuration (if moved) and all trash is to be removed and dumped. All keys are to be returned to their original locations. There is a $25 per lost key.
Before leaving turn the thermostat off. Make sure all doors and windows are locked and shut.
We will not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen.
If you leave an item after checking out and wish to have it returned, call us as soon as possible and we will arrange for shipment. We will inform you of the shipping cost and with your approval, deduct it from your deposit refund to cover the expense.
Unless married you must be 22 years of age to rent this home and provide proof of age, if requested.
The Condo has a maximum occupancy of four (4) guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction.
Loud house parties are prohibited and grounds for eviction.
All rules posted on the Condo premises by The Ocean Point Association are to be followed.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
If a personal check is returned to us for non-sufficient funds, you will be billed a $20 NSF charge.
We will not be responsible for personal items left in the unit. A $45.00 service charge and COD costs are required if you request me to pick up and mail items left in the unit. Any items found in units that are not claimed within 30 days will be donated to charity.
Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here, must be approved in writing in advance.
Force Majeure. There may be circumstances beyond our control and contemplation, in which the property might not be available for your booking. Examples of these include (but are not limited to) destruction of or severe damage to the property. In the event of Force Majeure, we will do our best to make alternative arrangements for you where possible. If we cannot, or if the alternative arrangements are not acceptable to you, then we will refund all monies paid. This will be the full extent of our liability to you in such circumstances, and we will not be responsible for any other costs connected with any such cancellation, howsoever arising.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE RULES AND REGULATIONS. I CERTIFY THAT I AM AT LEAST 22 YEARS OF AGE OR MARRIED AND TRAVELING WITH MY SPOUSE AND THAT I WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARE OF THIS PROPERTY BEING RENTED UNDER MY NAME. I ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES OR EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES, SHOULD THEY BE DISCOVERED DURING OR AFTER DEPARTURE.

We have been doing vacation rentals in Pacific Beach since 2008 Ocean Point Condos. In 1996 I sold a building material business and got into real estate and property management. I know how to deal with people and believe that our guests are very important. I'm new to AirBNB, but have 150 positive reviews on other websites for our 1bd 1ba beach front ocean view with pool condo close to Crystal Pier.
