Restrictions:
* Not pet friendly - while we absolutely love pets and have some of our own, we have a strict no-pet policy in place. This is due to allergies that some guests may have, and we want to ensure everyone has a comfortable and safe stay. Thank you for your understanding.
* No smoking allowed in house
* Must be 25 years or older to rent house
* No firearms of any kind allowed
* No ATVs or UTVs allowed in development
* A limited quantity of firewood is provided, but liquid fire-starters are not supplied for safety reasons
Drive to Cabin - address is not in Google Maps, we will provide directions; note there is a short travel on gravel roads (less than 0.25 miles) getting to our cabin, the cabin also has a gravel driveway

Guests will have use of the entire Great Escape cabin. While it is easily accessible, it is also very private with no homes nearby. It is within the "Reserve at Briar Creek" community which currenly only has three homes built, none of which are occupied full-time.

Trash and garbage must be bagged and deposited in two large containers inside the "bear-proof" bin on the side of the house. Please make sure the bin is closed and secured with the carabiners. Note, trash company will not remove any unbagged items. Trash is typically picked up around 8 AM on Wednesdays.
