Ideal for a family of 4, but can easily accommodate 6 with trundle bed. It has everything you need for a relaxing base from which to explore London.
On rainy days, there is plenty of entertainment to choose from – smart TV, DVDs, Sonos, hifi system, games, toys, books.
Our home is a traditional London Victorian terraced house, full of character. Rooms are larger than average for this type of house.
The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed and plenty of cupboard space for your unpacking. A large smart TV and digital radio makes for lazy mornings.
The second bedroom, at the back of the house, has a comfortable double bed and drawers for use.
The third bedroom has single bed and available single trundle (categorised as 'sofa bed' by Airbnb). Chest of drawers and wardrobe available for use.
The lounge area is divided into two spaces – at the front of the house, a relaxing reception room with 42” smart TV, including Netflix, DVD player, Sonos and stereo system, and at the rear, a children’s playroom stocked with books, games and toys for boys and girls.
The large family kitchen has a dining table that can easily seat up to 8. A window seat makes it a social space while cooking. Appliances include double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Well stocked with all the necessary utensils. French doors lead onto the back garden, where there is bench seating for a coffee in the morning sunshine.
The main bathroom (upstairs) has double sinks, a large walk-in shower, deep stand-alone bath with a handheld shower, a towel rail and WC.
For convenience there is a WC with sink on the ground floor.
The 40’ back garden has a small decking area with two benches. A handy herb garden separates the decking with a compact lawn and apple tree.

Street parking is available with no parking restrictions.
Generally, we are out of London when the house is being used by guests. However, we have a local contact, who will be available to help with any queries during your stay. We will also be contactable via email.
- This is our family home, which means it is full of our collections of books, entertainment, utensils etc which we invite you to use, but please treat them as you would treat your own things, and return them to where you found them, thank you!
- The wood-burning fire in the lounge is not for use, unless we have pre-agreed this with you.
