The large back-yard is perfect for enjoying the sunshine and somewhere for the
kids to run off their energy and a 1 km creek walk forms the southern boundary of the property.
A shaded verandah at the rear of the property offers a stunning outlook for casual outdoor
meals and a BBQ is available upon request.
An outdoor trampoline with safety net and large spider web swing is available for children to use.
Check-in is 3:00pm-4:00pm and Check-out is strictly 10:30am.
Barossavilla Guest House is a country style hosted Bed & Breakfast, so the family share this residence. (The family have separate living quarters and bathroom)
A key may be provided for after-hours access.
Please be considerate of other guests who may also be staying in the Guest House.
Guests are at liberty to make their own plans, however, assistance and guidance is provided to guests when requested.
Barossavilla Guest House is able to offer many suggestions and recommendations of favourite places to visit.
For the comfort and security of all guests, unreasonable noise, illegal or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
Barossavilla Guest House has two outside farm cats who are not allowed inside (they are country cats whose sole purpose is to catch mice!)...naturally, they are fed daily and they get frequent pats and attention :o)
This property runs on tank rainwater, so please be water conscious during your stay.
Barossavilla Guest House is pleased to provide a smoke-free environment.
Guests are kindly requested to remove their shoes when inside the Guest House.
Additional visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
Whilst Barossavilla Guest House does not charge a cleaning fee, it is expected that all guests respect the Guest House and keep the rooms/house clean & tidy.
No food or drink is permitted in the bedrooms (except water).
No pets are allowed on the property without prior approval.
Guests may be required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
When booking, please remember that your children/babies are counted as guests, so include them in your booking request.
