- DURANTE IL SOGGIORNO La biancheria è inclusa nel prezzo ed è comprensiva di lenzuola e asciugamani, tappeto per il bagno e strofinacci. I nostri appartamenti o case sono tutte nel cuore di Venezia e come i nostri vicini, i veneziani, dobbiamo rispettare le regole urbane: niente rumore dopo le 22.00, discrezione nella scala e nelle piccole vie. I rifiutti devono essere messi fuori, davanti alla porta, in un piccolo sacco di plastica, prima delle 8.30, ogni giorno tranne la domenica. Le pulizie sono incluse (prima e dopo il vostro soggiorno), non serve togliere le lenzuola sporche, ecc. L’unica cosa che vi chiediamo è di lasciare la cucina pulita, di svuotare il frigo, di buttare la spazzatura, di lavare i piatti e il piano cottura. Nel caso non possiate o non vogliate farlo vi verranno fatturati 50€. Se si rompe qualcosa deve essere ricomprato: vi chiediamo gentilmente di segnalarci le cose rotte (piatti) cosìcchè gli ospiti succesivi possano avere le vostre stesse comodità. Tutti i consumi sono inclusi

We had a wonderful stay at Gondola Verde. Florence and Hugo were lovely hosts - Hugo met us at the train station and helped us settle in. The apartment was lovely and bright and close to all amenities. We woukd definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this apartment with my hubby for 4 days. The apartment is exactly as described on the post. We appreciate it as it is beautiful, and we have more than enough space for only two of us. The communication with the agent (Florence is not the landlord of the flat) is efficient before we arrive and during our stay. Moreover, there is one thing that bother us. At check-in, Florence meet us in person to hand in the key and show us around, sign agreement, etc. She told us at check-in that, there will have some workers come to fix a problem of the apartment beneath us, she described it as kind of minor work. Such work will take place only after we were away from the flat at day time, and will have no influence to our stay. The work will finish by the time we return in the evening. She also said workers might have chance to enter the flat if needed, she have already passed the key to the workers whom she trusted. It is worry free of our properties at the flat. On that last day of my stay, we went out for breakfast but we returned to the apartment afterwards because it rain suddenly and we wish to get the umbrella and continue our journey. By the time we return, front door was left open while workers were working inside the apartment. We feel a bit unsafe. But we left immediately after getting our umbrella. At evening, when we return to the flat, workers left. We found the toilet is full of dust and only realize by then the work took place in the toilet. All the towels, our stuffs inside the toilet, every surface of the toilet are covered full of dust! We are shocked and (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) with Florence immediately. She explain what she told us is actually the same that the workers told her. To be fair, she did offered some immediate compensation solution, but we actually will depart the flat in the early morning on the next day to catch a train, we wish to have rest asap and turn down her offer. All in all, what made us disappointed is, the work shouldn't be arranged during the time any guest stay in. And the agent should foresee any consequence that might have happen at the time when she make such inappropriate arrangement. But again, to be fair, the flat is perfect, as described on the post. Hope the above might help the next guest who is considering to book this apartment.

Hi Kitty! Thank you to explain that the apartment is big and perfect and as described. Thank you to tell that the communication was good too. The workers men came to put a new water pomp for the flat to have great hot water pression in the shower. But they made a mistake: they thought the tap was in the stairs, under the flat and it was not: it was in the wall in the bathroom inside the apartment, and they had to make works inside the flat (that was not what they thought before work and what they told me and what I told you). I was so unhappy about this works, because if I knew it I should have come to clean before you came back. When you explained me the situation I wanted to clean and change towels and compensation. Thank you to tell it in you review. As I told you I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry that they made this mistake and that they didn't decide to cancel the works when they saw this difficulty. This work (the new water pomp) was one day shot, this work was finished in the afternoon, the pomp is working very good now. Other guest won't have any problem like that again. Sorry again for the disturb. Thank you for the review.
