We are also happy to provide you with breakfast of local seasonal fruits, Buffalo curd, eggs and toast and your choice of quality coffee or tea for Rs600.
Feel free to relax in the garden or enjoy the cool breezes floating through the lounge room. There is also free wifi to keep connected to family, friends and events around the world.
Filtered water and Sri Lankan tea and coffee are complementary during your stay.
Should you require any assistance traveling around Sri Lanka, Asanka and Ursula can help!
Take advantage of our local knowledge and guides to explore Galle and the rest of the island. We can arrange our trusty tuk-tuk driver Patti to take you to the fort or local beaches, drivers and guides to take you to the other historical parts of Sri Lanka, all for local prices without the fear of being over charged. We can help arrange traditional Ayurvedic treatments close by as well as delicious home made rice and variety of curries here in the house.
We are a short drive to some of the most beautiful Buddhist temples in Sri Lanka, the Japanese peace pagoda over looking the Galle harbour and Yatagala to name a few. Relax on the white shores of Jungle beach or enjoy food and beverages after a swim at Unawatuna and Wijaya beaches. For something different visit the Habaraduwa turtle hatchery, the Virgin White Tea Plantation in Ahangama or the Udawalawe Elephant Transit Home.
Our rooms are suitable for a single parent and child or a couple travelling with a young child who are all happy to share a queen size bed. We do not have the facilities to add a bed to either room.
Please be mindful to turn off lights and air conditioners when not in the room as electricity prices are high in Sri Lanka.

I'm a professional Violinist from Sydney now living in Galle with my husband Asanka and the founder and director of Serendip Strings. We have created a music community in Galle offering classical eastern and western violin, viola and cellos lessons as well as instruments to Sri Lankan children suffering hardship after war and natural disaster.
