The property also sits on a quarter acre block allowing a great deal of space for cars, boats and plenty of yard space for the little ones to play.
There is a ramp leading up to the property, allowing easy access for elderly or younger people who struggle with stairs.
All linen (sheets, pillow cases and towels) are to be provided by the tenants, however extra blankets and quilts are provided for your convenience.
Please ensure that you leave the property in the same condition you found it, as additional cleaning charges may apply. Rubbish is to be put in the bins located at the side of the property.
We welcome groups of friends to stay at this property which is located in a residential area and therefore our guests are asked to respect the peaceful lifestyle of their neighbours at all times.
Whilst renovating, we have sacrificed a bath tub to allow for an additional second toilet.
PETS AND SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY ARE NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME. IF THIS OCCURS YOU MAY BE AT RISK OF LOSING YOUR BOND.
ALL DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY WILL BE PAID FOR BY THE TENANT.
