This apartment is a great private and relaxing space nestled in the center of Waikiki. We chose this location due to its convenience but while maintaining an air of total calm. The unit is a back corner unit, which is the best in the building due to its privacy and air flow. It is usually very quiet, compared to the rest of Waikiki, but there may still be ambient street noise on occasion. We've set up the property to have all the essentials we love to enjoy when we're staying, such as surfboard and bikes so you can make the most of your visit. The bedroom is designed with a king bed, but we can place 2 twins in place. The living room contains a futon that 2 people can share. It's ideal for the solo traveler, a couple, 2 friends, or a small family!
* Please note there is no parking available on premises but we can suggest parking options in the area!
** We've recently added a secure wifi network in the apartment for guest use.**
There is a flat screen TV, cable, and a DVD player on the premises, we have surf movies in the apartment for your enjoyment. There is a 9' longboard available for your use, in addition to 2 bicycles for getting around town. There is a hair dryer and basic amenities (body wash, lotion) for your use, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. The apartment also boasts a spacious lanai (balcony) where you can enjoy the sunshine and breeze. The building has a nice BBQ grill that is shared. There is a coin-op laundry room as well, along with a book sharing area. The pool and courtyard may be used by guests any time during the open hours, but not late at night.
We are available via phone, text, or email with any questions or concerns for our guests, but will not disturb you otherwise. There is a front desk manager who is available to answer questions. As part of our sister company, Surf N Sol, we are able to offer unique packaged vacations for our guests!
We are able to arrange surf lessons, board rental, and other activities, or point you in the right direction! We've lived and worked in Waikiki, so ask any questions you have and we'll be happy to answer them.
No smoking is permitted in the apartment or any common areas of the building. Pets are not permitted in the building, unfortunately.
This is a quiet building with a combination of long-term residents and travelers, and we expect our guests to be respectful of others. Please adhere to the house rules and observe quiet hours. Unruly or rowdy behavior may lead us to ask you to leave the property.
Our building allows a maximum of 4 guests to our apartment and on the premises. Please be respectful of the rule, especially in the pool area. Large gatherings will be reported to us by building staff.
We do charge a small additional fee for parties over 2 to cover the high costs of electricity and maintenance. Children and infants are counted as additional people. Please let us know when booking the total number of people who will be staying!
Please review our listing information; we try to be as accurate as possible. If you have any questions, please ask before booking so that your expectations are in line with ours. It's important to us that you have a good stay!
For holiday bookings, we may request a 1 week minimum stay. Please feel free to ask anyway!
For extended stays (which we love!) of 2 weeks or more, we will ask for an additional cleaning fee to be paid due to the length of the occupancy.
Regarding early and late check ins/outs, we will always try to be as flexible and generous as possible, but please do not assume you will be entitled to arrive and depart without adhering to our check in and check out times. We often have guests arriving and departing on the same day, and we will have to enforce those times when we deem it necessary. Please keep this in mind when booking. If you have a late departing flight and would like to freshen up before leaving for the airport, the apartment can be rented on a half day basis, if available. We are happy to offer suggestions regarding luggage storage.
