The unit is located off a carpeted stairwell that leads from the porch up to units 4 (this unit listed here) and 5, for privacy away from the remaining units in the building.
A queen sleigh bed, a queen air mattress and a twin air mattress are available for sleeping arrangements, with plenty of sheets, blankets and pillows.
Guests have access to up to 3 parking spaces in a private parking area adjacent to the building.
The freshly painted porch and spacious yard serve as common space for all guests of the building as well.
Guests can enjoy their privacy with hands-off leasing interactions, keyless doorlocks and exclusive space in their unit but with a local, responsive property management presence.
As your host, I live just 5 minutes away, should an emergency or any other need arise, I'm right here to take care of things.
This unit comes fully-furnished with all the essentials, and more, including: furniture, cookware & dishes for up to 6, towels & washcloths, window & floor coverings, books, and blankets.
The unit also comes with basic dry-pantry food & cooking items (sugar, spices, coffee, etc).
Free Wifi and Roku available to guests who stay here, as well.
Smoking is allowed on-premises, but never inside the unit. Out of respect for other guests staying in this building, there is a designated smoking area, at one end of the porch, or away from the building.
Some pets considered. Quiet time is between 11pm & 7am. Check-in and check-out arrangements are flexible; please ask if you need earlier or later times.
