Eco-conscious farmer, entrepreneur, traveller. Passionate about so many things to start naming...
Beside owning and renting on Airbnb a homy flat in central Mar Mikhael Beirut, my main job/passion is managing my guesthouse/farmhouse in Mount Lebanon called Guita bed&bloom. Around the guesthouse we grow mountain fruits such as apples, cherries, walnuts, plums. We also grow various herbs and some vegetables. We do lot of by-products such as jams, juices, molasses, spirits...
Our farmhouse is organic and ambitious enough to hopefully soon become permacultural.
We love cooking and sharing our local food with our guests. We cook a large variety of homemade rural Lebanese cuisine.
We organise among other things fruit picking activities, cooking classes, yoga retreats, hiking programs...
I love hosting and meeting new people from all backgrounds and corners!
So if you feel like enjoying Beirut first, my homy flat would be ideal and at a really good rate. Then after having enough of crazy Beirut it would be the right time to fly up to our guesthouse in the mountains to unwind. And if you feel like stopping on the way up for a break in lovely old sweet authentic Byblos, i recently listed my beautiful mom's house in Byblos on Airbnb as well. Check it out and happy travelling!
