This is a non smoking premise, and ask for your respect in this matter as well as keeping the place on a clean and tidy manner at all times. I would ask the bedroom, bathroom to be kept in a clean and tidy condition after use and that if kitchen facilities are used, that everything be cleaned and washed down after use, including keeping the floors in clean condition.
If when going out for the day even for a short time please ensure both entrances are locked and please ensure whilst using the keys provided for entry that all possible is done to minimize damage to front door frame by scratching it with the keys when unlocking the door. On departure please leave your keys under the granny flat door mat. Thank you.
