I had an enjoyable weekend up in Park City. Esa's place was nice and accommodating, but I felt she didn't communicate very well. The night before arrival she emailed me stating she had another condo for me. I told her that I wanted the original 3 bdrm condo and she insisted on moving me to another one couple of miles away to a 2 bdrm which was located in a nicer resort. But I wanted the one I originally booked because of the location. I asked her multiple times to call me so she could clarify this change. She never did and we only communicated in texts that started the Friday to Saturday morning right before we left. A phone call would have made things a lot better. She later explained that the first condo was going thru some maintenance but I don't know why she didn't know that earlier than 24 hours before arrival. I am grateful that she put us in a different condo and we didn't have to cancel our trip. But I wouldn't book thru her again because of the poor communication and last minute change.

You cannot beat this location in Park City!!! Stayed here for a month between moving houses and the place worked out perfectly! Esa was so helpful and quick to respond. The staff at Westgate were also very helpful with any issues also! So great to use the pools, mountain bike, walk to summer concert series and enjoy the park city lifestyle! Kitchen is fully stocked, steam shower is amazing and that jacuzzi tub!!!

After sitting in the lobby for 30 min and voicing my concern to Esa this is how she responded... I'm with my kids and family mind you I've received your message and just want to be clear that you understand: I can cancel your reservation at any point if I feel it is necessary. If I do not feel comfortable with you as a guest and feel offended by your negative comments I will consider you unfit to stay at my property, especially when I was doing nothing but helping you to check in and you've been extremely rude and critically. So- I've offered an amended reservation. If you are unhappy with your check in procedure or my ability to help you or with the villa you are staying in I have given you the option to amend your reservation free of charge. That means you can leave very easily with refund. If you decide to stay I'm expecting that you are cordial and respectful to me and I will do the same to you. And as I mentioned if you continue with negative comments like critizing me when I'm simply arranging front desk to provide you your room keys, I will simply cancel your reservation so you can find an alternate Airbnb to stay at. Thank you!

This guest - I was told by resort staff was being overtly rude to front desk and management when he was asked to wait a few minutes while they confirmed his room to be ready for him. His children were screaming so loudly it was absolutely impossible to hear anything he was trying to say over phone. I spoke with management who seemed unnerved by his behavior.. as did I when he messaged me aggressive/bordering on racist type comments. It was horrible to hear this so before cancelling his reservation to avoid further issues, I gave him a chance to redeem himself by offering a full refund with early departure. I would prefer kind considerate guests over money everytime! I'm hoping this is a one time thing as our normal guests from airbnb are always and consistently very considerate and very kind!

This was my first air bnb experience and Esa helped us out. When Andrew from San Diego the host for Wyndham property in Park City Utah canceled on us 4 days before our vacation with no reason and would not respond when contacted. There is no recourse when this happens!! Esa was great when contacted, very responsive and she worked with us on the dates, price and checkout time. The lodging was very well located to the mountain and had great amenities. I would definitely use her again.

GUEST REQUESTED CANCELLATION BY AIRBNB STAFF - "JUAN" on the same day the reservation was made (2 days before arrival). Ive since asked JUAN at airbnb who attached this posting to take the automated posting down since I didn't cancel the reservation. still waiting...
