Located in the heart of Charlotte's historic art district, this 100+ year old mill house turned modern family getaway is perfect for a home away from home. The open layout and overly large bedrooms are cozy without being cramped.
The NoDa neighborhood is well known for it's active nightlife as well as it's restaurants and music venues. And you're only three blocks from the main drag.
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and especially families (with kids).
The open floor plan and large bedrooms make this cozy mill house feel much bigger than it is. It's cozy without being cramped. It's homey without being stuffy...I could keep going.
The entire house is available to guests, I'd stay away from the attic and the crawl space but you know, to each his own.
I'm on my phone pretty much all day (just ask my husband) so I'm always a text or phone call away. Need food recommendations? Text me? Need help figuring out which bars to avoid? I'm you're girl! Want to know the best place to go where kids eat free?! I literally have a list.
There is a lot of parking, two spots in the drive and unlimited street parking. We are just far enough from the NoDa entertainment to not be bothered by excess traffic but just close enough to walk everywhere!
Try not to steal my stuff and we'll get along smashingly.
My family and I live in Charlotte, NC. My husband is a designer and I'm an artist and essential oil educator. We have three children; two boys (9 & 7) and a girl (4). We love all things off the beaten path and delicious.
