The house is luxurious. It was recently refurbished to an extremely high standard and everything in the house is new.
The kitchen/diner/living room is about 35 square metres – really spacious. It is well lit with windows and French door on 2 sides and has two large rooflights providing lots of natural light. Enormous cupboard space is provided, a large upright fridge and an upright freezer are provided together with all the kitchen equipment and utensils you will need for self catering, including Bosch dishwasher, hob, oven and large microwave. This large, comfortable room can accommodate a lot of people and has a 40” LED adjustable wall-mounted TV plus DVD player. Also included in the price is superfast WiFi from Virgin Broadband providing speeds of 70Mbs, as well as gas and electricity of course.
The garden to the rear is laid to patio and is accessed either through the living room French door or down the side of the house via a lockable 7 feet high solid double gate – providing total security. The rear garden also contains a very large bike shed. Garden furniture and a kettle BBQ with tools will be provided. There is also a rotary drying line.
In addition to the living area, downstairs there are 3 double bedrooms together with a bathroom containing a large walk-in thermostatic shower and a utility room with WC and washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs are 3 further double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – one with a walk-in thermostatic shower and the other with bath. Every bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a desk and chair.
Car parking is available both in the private drive and on the road outside with no parking restrictions. The road is a quiet residential road and is a neighbourhood watch area.
Guests will have complete access to all parts of the house.
