“Sobreiro” room (16m²) is part of the main house and it has private access to the garden. It can host two adults and a bed/crib can be added for an additional cost.
All outdoor areas are shared with other visitors and there are activities included with your stay: salty-water pool and its barbecue, bicycles, canoes, walking/hiking paths, ping-pong, snooker, playground and games for children as well as farm animals like goats, sheep, ducks and chickens — all within Monte d’Água’s property.
Approximately 120km from Lisbon, Monte d’Água is located in Foros do Mocho by the East side of Montargil’s dam and water reservoir. Consisting of a large main house and a smaller independent outhouse (120 m²), implemented on 7000m² of sun hillside, Monte d’Água has been hosting visitors for nearly 3 years — all four seasons.
In the main house you’ll find different rooms which have in common the hall way, living room and breakfast areas.
Miosótis (18m²) — two single beds;
Sobreiro (16m²) — double bed;
Mimosa (15m²) — two single beds;
Childrens room (16m²) — two bunk-beds.
Spacious and tidy, the house can host up to 6 adults (3 couples) — simultaneously and independently. Each room is equipped with toilet&bathroom and except for the children’s room, all rooms have their private access to the garden.

So you’re free to enjoy: salty-water pool and its barbecue, bicycles, canoes, walking/hiking paths, ping-pong, snooker, playground and games for children as well as farm animals like goats, sheep, ducks and chickens — all within Monte d’Água’s property.
All guests will be welcome by the host who will also provide guidance and information about amenities and activities during your stay (both inside the property and the region). Guests and hosts stay in distinct areas within the property sharing the common spaces such as the pool, the garden and the lake accesses.
Other activities, such as guided tours to regional land marks, organised pickings, tours for tasting local wine and gastronomy, bird watching and canoe trips are subject to additional charges and should always be planned with anticipation (please contact us and learn more about prices and conditions).
Break-fast is served upon request from 8.30am to 10.30am (5€/person).
