This apartment is a dream space, looking out from on high over the ocean, Lion's Head and one of Cape Town's best suburbs. Secure and ideally situated on a MyCiti bus route, it is across the road from the Sea Point pools and blocks away from some fantastic restaurants, brunch spots and coffee shops. It's beautifully furnished with everything you'll need for a great stay in the world's most beautiful city!
Please close the windows when you leave the apartment. Cape Town weather can be unpredictable at the best of times, particularly when it comes to the wind! The bathroom window in particular needs to remain closed once you’re done showering, as it has a tendency to slam and break if it’s open and the wind picks up.
Please lock the door behind you when you leave and when you are sleeping. Security is never an issue in the building but we paranoid South Africans find it’s always better to be safe than sorry!
Please keep noise to a minimum in the apartment after 9pm and outside on the landing or in the parking lot after 7pm, as this is a residential building and the elderly ladies who live here can be fierce…
Please be so kind as to turn lights, heaters or fans off in rooms you’re not occupying or when you’re leaving the apartment, and conserve water wherever possible. South Africa is in the middle of its worst drought in 100 years, and electricity shortages are common, so conserving every little bit helps!
There is a safe inside the main bedroom cupboard for your valuables. Kindly put the key back in the lock upon your departure.
Linen and towels can be found in the main bedroom cupboard. If you want to do laundry, the detergent is under the sink and there are clothes horses for drying next to the couch.
Please remember to leave the key in the post box for the apartment in the lobby.
I hope you have a fantastic stay! Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any queries or concerns. Enjoy the Mother City!
