Located to the east of Brighton, my home is just a few minutes away from the promenade and the South Downs, and a short walk into Kemptown (St Georges Road area) with it's coffee shops, second hand stores, patisserie, book shop, and boutiques. Frequent buses are available throughout the day into Central Brighton with a journey time of around 15 minutes. Cycling is quick and easy along the seafront into the city centre. Brighton Marina is just 10 minutes away and has many restaurants and cafes.
This is a quiet house, that makes a good retreat to rest, study, eat and sleep. It's best suited to business workers and students.

Hi there, welcome to my home! I am a teacher and work at a creative school in Sussex. I keep myself pretty busy at the beach, on the downs and in and around Brighton. My attic room is available most of the time and is on a floor of its own. It has a good quality kingsize bed and a roomy storage area for luggage and hanging clothes. It's a nice space to work in and comes with a desk. The bathroom is at the bottom of the staircase to the bedroom. Location wise, the beach and Kemp Town are just a short walk away, as are the South Downs. There are numerous buses running throughout the day into central Brighton within close reach. The local taxis are very quick, and usually arrive within 5 minutes of calling. That said, I would highly recommend hiring a bicycle, it will enable to to get the most out of Brighton and make getting around quick and easy. You just can't beat cycling along the seafront! Let me know if you have any questions! Clare :-)
