This is coastal living at its best with boating, fishing, swimming, golf, shops, restaurants and nightlife close by. You can cycle to Fisherman's Village, Historic Punta Gorda, parks, marinas, farmer's market and more.

Enjoy the covered lanai with the ceiling fan or swimming in our custom built heated pool. It is certainly our favorite place to be.

The water view is amazing and sound of "peace" is refreshing. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

My husband and I purchased this house in 2015 as our eventual retirement home.

We consider it paradise to be in beautiful Historic Punta Gorda Isles on the water with a dock and 10 minutes to open water. This is coastal living at its best with all boating, sailing, fishing, swimming, golf, shopping, restaurants and nightlife close by. You can bike to Fisherman's Village, downtown Historic Punta Gorda, parks, marina's, farmers market and much more. There is always a festival going on in Punta Gorda, so be sure to take the time to enjoy them.

This is a cul-de-sac home in a quiet neighborhood. The living room and family room (or what we call man cave) are extremely spacious. The master bedroom, man cave, kitchen, dining room and second bedroom have views of the surrounding waterway.

The home contains all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, brand new carpets and tile, as well as a homey but beach motif. We selected all the furnishings that we would want to have if we lived there full time, as we will someday. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 6 privately and comfortably. The master is a king room, the second bedroom is a queen room and the third bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds. There are pocket doors throughout and that separate the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms from the master suite to create a completely private suite.

Our backyard is canal front with a newly added 41' dock which our guests are welcome to use should you have a boat with you and a custom built heated pool for your enjoyment.

The house is fully equipped with all kitchen needs and accessories, linens, bath towels, beach towels, table clothes, cloth napkins, place mats for all seasons and entertaining needs etc. etc. You truly just need to bring your clothes!

Picture this, sitting on the back lanai with the ceiling fan on low, enjoying your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening . . . it is certainly our favorite place to be. The water view is amazing and sound of "peace" is refreshing. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

Please note: We have a 90 day minimum requirement for the months of Jan/Feb/Mar. All other timeframes do not require a minimum.

Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses 6. Parking: Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s).  Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.  Parking on the road is not permitted.  Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 8. Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

Great week in punts Gorda. The house was perfect. So quiet at the end of the road. We road bikes to the park to play tennis and pickle ball. Toni's restaurant recommendations were right on. The back porch was perfect for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Looking forward to next year.

Toni's place is very comfortable and clean. It is spacious and was an ideal base for our holiday; quiet yet within easy reach of Punta Gorda and main roads. Toni is a good communicator and made everything very easy for us. She is an excellent host and we would like to stay at her house again.
