Adorable 1930's bungalow right in the heart of Yachats, with a yard and nice relaxing deck. Fun and unique period furniture and decor make this place a stay to remember. Not to mention, everything in town is within walking distance!
A fun tribute to Mae West and the era in which she was famous. Vintage furniture and some modern upgrades for comfort. This great little house is funky but comfortable. The old wooden floors and eclectic furnishings give it a unique homey feeling all around.
We have one Queen size Murphy bed in the living room and one queen size bed in the bedroom. Beautiful claw foot bathtub and hand tiled shower really add to the uniqueness.
Small refrigerator, gas range and a toaster in the kitchen. The range and oven are a refurbished unit in which currently the oven is not in operation. Hoping to fix it soon!
We are not your typical Airbnb accommodations. Similar to an Inn but much more unique with a small community atmosphere and wonderful staff on site.

Here are a few bits of information for you to know for your stay with us:
Amenities: We provide towels, toilet paper and hand soap. There is no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the room. So please bring your own.
Check In/Check Out: Please pick up your key from the staff at the Drift Inn Café between 3 and 9:00pm, showing them your reservation, either printed out or on your smartphone and return your key to the wait staff at the Drift Inn by 11am on the day you check out. You must know the name of your room in order to check in. Be aware there may be a bit of a wait to check in if you arrive between 6 and 8 pm.
Cleaning: In an effort to keep our costs down, please do your best to clean up after yourself. Put dishes in dishwasher with detergent and start it, wipe down countertops and stove. Strip down beds by ONLY taking all of the sheets and pillowcases off, and place on the bed. Wipe down stovetop and oven. Combine garbages, tie up and leave in the kitchen.
*Let us know if you aren't bringing a pet so that we can lower the cleaning fee!*
Cooking: Out of respect for future and neighboring renters, please refrain from cooking “smelly” foods such as cabbage and crab.
Patios: We have two patios for you to enjoy at your leisure. One is behind the Drift Inn Café, it has a fire pit, and picnic tables. The other is the pebble patio with chairs and café tables for your use and it is also where the kayaks are located . Please do not bring your own alcohol to the patio behind the restaurant.
Quiet Hours: We ask that after before 8am and after 9pm that there be no loud noise, music or otherwise. Many families stay here and we all want you to come back and enjoy yourselves.
Smoking: Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY. Please avoid smoking near doorways and definitely not inside the property you are renting.

I am quiet. I love to dance, play, try new things. I love my kids and the wild world around our little coastal town. I'm busy, running a few small businesses locally but the Inn is my favorite.
My daughter Gretchen helps me run the online bookings and responds to most of the messages, so you will most likely be talking to her most of the time. But I am around the inn quite a lot so don't hesitate to ask for me if you need anything.
