THE BEST LOCATION IN OLD TOWN: lovely quiet 1 bedroom apartment (35m2) on the ground floor of a newly renovated traditional styled townhouse in the authentic heart of the old village, in the calm carless medieval part on historical ground, near the luxurious yacht marina (100 m) and the sand beach (150 m). Everything you can need (shops, restaurants, pubs, museum, etc.) is very close at hands, just a few seconds from the apartment. We are here to assist you in organising unforgettable holidays.

It is a charming 1 bedroom apartment (35m2) situated on the ground floor of a traditional and newly renovated styled townhouse located in the authentic heart of the old village, in the calm carless medieval part near yacht marina (100m) & sand beach (150m).

Officially rated 4 stars **** tourist accommodation, this quiet apartment is newly renovated (October 2016) with a fully equipped american kitchen, and a separate bedroom, a lovely bathroom and a main room with TV and WI-FI Internet access (free).

Fresh bed linen and towels per person are provided in the apartment.

The bathroom offers a shower, toilet and hand basin.

A full-size double bed and 2 single beds (bunk beds) caters for up to 4 people comfortably, making it ideal for couples or families.

All the apartment has a cool temperature all year long (specially in summer) because of the air-conditioning.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the townhouse so it cannot offer a terrace or balcony. Everything you can need (shops, restaurants, pubs, museum, sandy beaches, yacht marina, etc.) is very close at hands, just a few seconds from the apartment.

The Old town is pedestrian so if you arrive by car you need to park outside, near the marina behind the city wall.
We can book for you in advance a parking space in a very close secured pubic carpark (100m) for a charge of EUR 61.00 a week (URL HIDDEN)
This solution is strongly recommended in peak season. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in booking.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment (as smoke detectors can be triggered unexpectedly).

Small pets can be accepted if they are calm and clean.

You need respect the neighborhood so too much noise and pollution inside the apartment or outside in the steet are strictly forbidden.

We ask you to let the apartment clean and tidy upon departure in the same way you found it at your arrival. If not, cleaning extra charge of EUR 100.00 could be required to pay a cleaning service for the next tenants.
Before departure, please ensure to do the following :

o strip the beds, place all dirty linen,
o take out all trash to the dumpster,
o load and run the dishwasher,
o empty the refrigerator and freezer.

A secured high-speed Internet WI-FI access is also provided on demand (free of charge). Please ask the owner the login/password to connect.
The tenant is held responsible for illegal use of this Internet connection, by himself or by other people, including any guests or visitors they might have, during the whole period of renting. The tenant shall ensure that he/she complies with legislation and, in particular that relating to offen-sive, racist, pornographic, defamatory publications. So we decline all responsibilities for illegal use of this Internet connection by the tenant during the period of renting.

We also decline all responsibilities for the loss of any private objects of the tenant.

This place has a fantastic perfect location to everything in town. Train-bus station is super near by, grocery stores and restaurants at just a few steps away. Patrick is a great host and his place was very accomodating. Fully recomended

Great place to stay! Close to The beach, the Musee de Picasso, Fort Carre, and steps from great dining and shopping! Patrick was a great host. He met us at the train station and made sure we found our way to the apartment. He was very helpful in showing us some of the town on the way. Antibes is now one of the favorite places of my wife and I!

Excelente localização, bem no coração do centro antigo, perto de bares, restaurantes supermercados, apartamento muito bem equipado em todos os aspectos, limpo, arrumado. Super recomendado.

We are a couple 50+ and had a lovely sunny week in September in Antibes. At our arrival Patrick and his 3 month old son Timeo welcomed us and explained everything in the apartment. The accommodation is especially suitable for people who are out all day and only come to sleep and eat. In the evening after we returned from our excursions, we felt comfortable in the apartment. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the nights are really quiet although the apartment is in the middle of the old town. There was always enough warm water for the shower and the toilet fluffy worked perfectly. The beach, the supermarket (carrefour) or bus station (gare routiere) can be reached in about 10 minutes, the train station in about 20 minutes walking distance. You don`t need a car at all. We bought a 10€-ticket for envibus for 7 days and explored the surroundings of Antibes every day. The Ligne d/azur-busses (another bus-line) bring you to Cannes or Nice for 1,50€. You can get detailed information or schedules at the gare routiere. People who love the Old Town atmosphere are well advised with this apartment.

Me and my two friends had a great stay at Patrick's place. The appartment was clean and well equipped. The location is very close to the beach and restaurants and bars, but in a quiet street. Patrick is a great host and we had a good time in Antibes!
