About Peter & Sarah Codd
We are both natives of Belize City. Peter and I were educated in Belize City while I received a tertiary level degree in Florida, U.S.A. We currently live in Belize City and will always want to call Belize home. We have been married for 14 years and counting and have 3 beautiful children.
Peter & Sarah Codd purchased this villa in 2009
Why Peter & Sarah Codd chose Belize
We grew up enjoying the sun, sea and sand. My husband Peter has fond memories of summers on Saint George's Caye. We have a passion for island adventure and decided to take on the challenge of establishing a unique vacation experience. For the last several years, we have been working tirelessly to develop our island into what has now become Tarpon Sands.
Tarpon Sands holds a special place in our hearts and we would love to share a piece of our Belizean culture and experience with you.
