Cathedral ceilings and huge Windows for great views and open living space, perfect for entertaining. This home is awesome! newly renovated inside and out with upscale taste and comfortable beds. the home is newly equipped in 2017 with Vermont Fire Safety Commercial fire and smoke alarms as well.

CEDARWALK is in a beautiful private setting, with a large yard and very close to all that Killington has to offer. There are five bedrooms , three baths, two living rooms, a loft and and an awesome hot tub on the private outdoor deck. The home boasts open space, perfect for entertaining and cathedral ceilings with huge Windows to enjoy the views outside. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen, washer/dryer, iron and board, hairdryers. For your entertainment we offer games, DVD/BluRay, two big screen tv's, high speed internet and cable. The home is located in the heart of Killington just a few minutes drive to the Killington base lodges, Killington Adventure Center, all restaurants and shopping. Please also note, we were awarded SUPERHOST status!!! What does that mean? All 5 star reviews, very quick response time and the highest level of commitment you will find on AIR BNB. Rental Agreement 2017 CEDARWALK at Killington, 259 Off McClellan Drive, 05751, Killington Vermont Owner’s name Brett Walker, Owner’s address
28 Quail Run Owner’s phone numb(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). AGREEMENT: Brett Walker(hereby referred to as Owner), and Guest agree as follows: Guest is an adult over 25 years of age and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends, responsible adults or children under direct adult supervision. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories and as a result they would have to vacate the property without any refund. Any complaints from neighbors regarding excessive noise or other nuisances may be cause for immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of the guest’s security deposit and rents. Maximum occupancy: 16 people. 2. Please read the cancellation policy in section 4 below.
Reservations made less than 60 days prior to check-in are not exempt from the cancellation policy. Guest is liable for all replacements and repairs that are outside what is considered normal wear and tear, and Guest hereby authorizes Owner to deduct the cost of
any such replacement or repair from the security deposit. If such replacement or repair exceeds the damage deposit amount, then guest is responsible for reimbursement of the difference to Owner
within 45 days of departure date. In the event of a dispute concerning a security deposit, arguments to be heard in the jurisdiction where the property exists. The security deposit, less any claim as agreed to in this Agreement, will be refunded to Guest within 45 days of the departure date.

5. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests per house is 16 persons
6. PETS: Pets are not allowed in, at, or around the rental property. 7. SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in or around the
rental property. 8. CHECK-IN: Check in time is 4:00PM on the day of arrival. 9. CHECK- OUT: Check out time is 10:00AM on the day of
departure. (message us for early or late check out options as available)
Before leaving, please make sure thermostats are turned down 10. CLEANING: There will be a cleaning fee of $150. The property will be inspected, sanitized and cleaned after your departure. You are required to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it by making sure dishes are put in the dishwasher and cleaned, the used towels are put in the bathrooms and the trash/ recycling is put away in the dumpsters in the parking area. If additional cleaning is required, appropriate charges will be deducted from your security deposit at a rate of $30.00 per hour. 11. 6 PERSON HOT TUB: If You wish to have the hot tub filled for use, there is a fee of $110 for your stay. We will supply chemicals to put in after use. We suggest people shower before use to extend the life of the tub and help keep it
clean for the duration of your stay. 12. TELEPHONES: The house has a house phone
13. WHAT WE SUPPLY: The property is fully furnished and equipped with blankets, pillows, washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and furnishings. Dishwasher and dish soap are supplied. Paper products are supplied, but will not be replaced if consumed during your stay. Personal care products (including laundry detergent) are not supplied.
14. WEATHER: Owner does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does Owner accept liability for any inconveniences
arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electricity, internet or plumbing. Nor will Owner accept any liability for any loss or damage caused by weather/ road conditions, natural disasters, acts of God or other reasons beyond its control. No refunds will be given for too much snow or lack of snow.
15. MAINTENANCE: Owner will diligently attempt to address maintenance issues as they occur. If a maintenance issue occurs that cannot be fixed in a reasonable amount of time, and significantly affects Guest’s stay, Owner reserves the right to refund at Owner’s discretion.
16. EXPRESS INDEMNITY: The undersigned, for himself/ herself, his/her
heirs, assignors, executors and administrators, fully releases
and discharges Owner from any and all claims, demands and causes of action by reason of any injury or whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result of, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of
any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
17. ENTIRE CONTRACT: All prior agreements between Owner and Guest
are incorporated in this Agreement, which constitutes the entire contract. It is intended as a final expression of the parties’ agreement, and may not be contradicted by evidence of any prior agreement or contemporaneous oral agreement. The parties further intend that this Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of its terms, and that no extrinsic evidence whatsoever may be introduced in any judicial or other proceeding, if any,
involving this Agreement. Any provision of this Agreement that is held to be invalid shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision in this Agreement. The waiver of any breach shall not
be construed as a continuing waver of the same or any subsequent breach. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont. Vermont shall have personal jurisdiction over the parties and the county in which the Premises is located shall be the forum for any legal action brought in relation to this Agreement.

If you are planning a trip to Killington VT, this house should be at the top of your list! The house is beautiful, and has a very welcoming feel to it. The house itself is amazing with a nice deck and yard- the pictures don't do it justice. It's great for a small group or a big group- I stayed here with 12 other people and it never once felt cramped/crowded. It's also in a perfect location- only a minute drive to the downtown bars and restaurants, but far enough down a peaceful dirt road to have your own privacy and not having to worry about noise issues if you're vacationing with a larger group. Lastly, Susan and Brett are extremely nice and were great hosts! They were very easy going, and if you have questions or concerns they respond quickly. I would highly recommend this house to anyone planning a vacation in Killington, VT.

We had such an amazing weekend at the Cedarwalk. The house was beautiful and stocked with anything you would ever need, even extra propane for the grill. We spent most of our time in the hot tub and had a gorgeous view of the mountains in the distance. Sue was available 24/7 to answer any questions we had and to offer recommendations for fun things to do nearby. Would definitely recommend to others and would love to come back again!!

We stayed for a family vacation/wedding and the space fit our large group of 13 (6kids), had everything we needed, linens, kitchen utensils etc. hosts were easy to contact and very helpful.

Wow!! The owners went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for our stay and they were in constant communication before and during our stay. We had 11 people for a bachelorette party this weekend and we had plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate us. The house also had many extra amenities and fully equipped kitchen. The hot tub was amazing at night and the grill worked great. The house is located very close to the popular restaurants/bars in the area and there are a variety of hiking trails within 10 minutes. Really can't say enough about how great this place is! I hope to be back someday!

Our stay at Cedarwalk was fantastic! We had 3 families with 7 kids between 0-5 and there was still PLENTY of room for all of us! The house was clean, bright, open, and the location was awesome. We were only there for a wedding weekend, so it was very helpful to have such an easy house to get into and out of. Susan and Brett's communication was beyond what I expected, which was very helpful (although we didn't need much, the house had all you could hope for!) I HIGHLY recommend staying here and I'm sure we'll be back int he future!

Excellent!!!! Would definitely go back. Sue and Brett were wonderful hosts. They communicated with us from when we were first looking into their house to even after we checked out. When we first got to Killington there was a storm go through that resulted in a short power outage. We called Sue and they walked us through locations of candles, more blankets, and how to use the fireplace. We got the power back shortly but Sue and Brett checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. We knew we could communicate with them anytime if necessary. So great hosts!!!! They also left us pancake mix and maple syrup, which the kids really enjoyed!!! Very professional!!! As for the (URL HIDDEN) was extremely clean, beautiful, spacious, comfortable and in a most beautiful location. Once it did get nice out we all went outside and played in the spacious yard. The house was stocked with anything and everything you would need. The kitchen was high end and had all you would need. There were many beds, bathrooms were clean and really nice along with a great layout for large groups. There was a finished off basement with games for kids but also a great house if you wanted to have a group of adults. Many bedrooms (beds) and bathrooms. I cannot say enough about Sue and Brett and the house. Gracious hosts, wonderful house and a beautiful location. Excellent stay!!!! We recommend it to anyone at any time of the year!!!! Also, it is a great set-up if you are looking for a ski house. Has a separate room at front of house that we used as a storage location but designed as a ski room. Wonderful weekend with family!!!! Thanks Sue and Brett!!!!!

We are skiers for sure but we love to explore and travel as well to fun places around the globe. We met in Killington over 25 years ago and have now raised our two kids to love Killington as much as we do! We wanted a home to use and share all winter and Summer.
