Welcome to the lake! This beautiful lake house has direct access to the water, including a boat dock with a swim deck. You can walk down to the dock from the house, or use the convenient tram that runs on tracks from the house down to the lake shore. Enjoy panoramic views of the lake from the beautiful upper deck! The comfortable house has two living rooms, an open kitchen, and three bedrooms. The house is just 9 miles from downtown Rogers' shops and restaurants. A perfect getaway!

Very neat house with a great location. We saw a bunch of deer, caught a bunch of crappie and had a blast! The weather could have been warmer, but all in all there is nothing to complain about. The trolley is super cool too!

What a lovely family weekend together at the cabin! The place was spotless and smelled fresh. Communication was so thorough and we enjoyed the serene lake views each day. We hope to return next year!

Great place on the lake. Highly recommend to any traveler visiting Rogers AR or Beaver Lake area. You can jump in the lake every day from your own dock (we did). Really neat place.

Randy and Joyclyn were amazing hosts. Their house was very clean, and very cozy. They have a beautiful home. 10/10 we will be staying here again! And the cinnamon rolls were TO DIE FOR.

Amazing!! The house is perfect for relaxing, swimming and anything else you'd want. Joyclyn and Randy were great hosts! I could not have asked for a better vacation experience! And don't get me started on the homemade pecan rolls Randy greeted us with. Needless to say we devoured…
