The Bridge Street Inn is a cozy European-style guest house located in the historic East Village of Cambria. Our 125 year old building offers charm and comfort. Small and unique private rooms with shared baths (and we have one private room with attached private toilet). Our spaces have the added benefit of a shared kitchen and social atmosphere. We value reuse, recycle, repurpose. Keeping the three R’s in mind we have created a decor that is functional, funky, and fun. "to describe my experience at Brandon's Inn seemed to me too inefficient without including some of the other senses, that's the reason for doing it like the following:
the Inn is sweet, white wooden fences, white exterior lovely hand painted signs,
Geraniums and Calendula fights for the best spot to show off, the lavender as well peppermint struggles for the best place with Blackberries and all over the property is capuchin cresses
the interior is surprisingly spacious.
We will be witness how Frank Zappa meets Martha Stewart: Art on walls, flowers on bedsheets and linen
..every room a new impression ..
from Grannies Home to flowerpunk your eyes will soak in all hungrily.
besides that wood has always a warm touch
( the house the fences ,the chairs in every room and in most of the showers, big dining table made out of one big slice of tree )
the sheets, are soft and cozy, Books to touch. old vinyl to discover and to handle with care,
in the backyards:
mystic pathways, berries to pick, and fennel to rip.
music! radio or old vinyl records, birds, turkeys, raccoons and their tiny feet scurrying over the roof, a deer running majestically along the mystic path, wind whispering through tree tops and if the wind is in the right direction you can listen to the mammals singing underlined with the orchestra of sea waves
Sea air, pines, Californian sagebrush, capuchin cresses, fennel, berries, old wood, coffee, cinnamon, air dried laundry, lavender, geraniums, lemongrass, lemons and cherry prune."

Sometimes I enjoy reading in the comfy leather chair and conversing in the lounge. Sometimes I'm out adventuring. Sometimes neighbors might stop over. Usually there will be someone around the property or hanging out in the lounge to answer questions.
