This is a stunning 2 bed apartment in what is probably Pattaya's best resort style condominium. It is close to the beach, nightlife (Walking St is a 5 minute walk), public transport, shopping, restaurants and massage shops. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the location, the luxury, the incredible amenities, the furnishing, the swimming pools, the gardens, the gyms, the security, the sky gardens, etc, etc. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

This is an absolutely beautiful, brand new very well laid out 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment in what is probably Pattaya's finest resort style condominium offering genuine 5 star luxury. Walking Street is just five minutes walk away, yet the development and in particular this apartment is extremely quiet. It is a corner unit that is next to an emergency exit staircase so there are no immediate neighbours, no shared walls.

The gorgeous living room is a very attractive square shape (as opposed to the long thin rectangular shape that are so common). It has lots of light due to floor to ceiling, powder coated aluminium windows, including French windows to the balcony. The furniture is high quality and beautifully coordinated. There is a 49 inch flat screen TV, with a huge selection of high quality digital channels, including numerous English speaking channels, including Fox, Syfy, Universal, ITV Choice, BBC, Australian network, Sports channels, music and movie channels. There are also numerous international channels in languages including Russian, French, Italian, Arabic, etc, etc.

There is high speed, dual channel wifi internet with a dedicated router. Download speed is 15 mbps, upload is 5 mbps although we often get higher speeds recorded on speed testing.

There is a small, but useful kitchen complete with fridge, microwave, hobs, extractor fan, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans. There is a dining table and chairs for 4. The balcony also has a table and 4 chairs.

The bedrooms are extremely comfortable with dark curtains, along with net curtains for greater privacy. The bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes and the master bedroom has a electronic, hotel style safe. There are bedside tables and bedside lamps in both rooms. The second bedroom has a small balcony.

There are 2 bathrooms, one an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, with wash basin, toilet and spacious glass cubicle shower, with both hand-held shower and rain shower.

The second bathroom is similar to the first with spacious shower, again with rain shower and hand-held attachment, along with toilet and wash basin.

The communal amenities in the building are genuinely superb. There are two large swimming pools, each with large and wonderfully attractive sun terraces/gardens with numerous, high quality sun beds, tables and parasols. The first swimming pool is on the 6th floor, the same level as this apartment and is just a short stroll along the corridor. There are male and female changing rooms, as there are on the ground floor with saunas. The gardens next to the pool, which offer grass lawns, secluded salas with seating, etc are absolutely breathtaking. The pool has an infinity edge and views to the nearby ocean along with green views to the adjacent Pratumnak Hill. The 35 metre long ground floor swimming pool has a fantastic 720 degree water slide and a climbing wall to make sure that your time in the pool will never be boring. There is also a sitting area in the water with spa like water jets. By the side of the pool, there are two BBQ areas that can be used by guests along with tables and chairs. The developments jogging track runs around the outside of the pool. To the side of the pool area is a lovely multi purpose lawn and not far away is a high quality children's playground and outdoor gymnasium for those who prefer to exercise outside. Inside the condo is a very large, very well equipped air-conditioned gym. On the other side of the development is a large putting green. On both the 37th and 41st floors there are spectacular sky gardens for use by guests with salas and lawned areas that offer incredible views to the ocean and over the city. The condo has 4 high speed elevators accessible only by those with security cards that limit access to one's own floor and those floors with communal amenities.

There is also a secure multi storey car park for guests' use. There is a beautiful, large lobby area with plenty of seating and a manned reception desk. Security is excellent as one would expect in a building managed by JLL. There is a restaurant/cafe at the entrance to the development, Tree Tales. There is a laundry room for guests' use on the 5th floor and a rubbish room on each floor, which is cleared twice daily. Even though the development is very close to downtown Pattaya and on a main public transport route, there is a shuttle bus making regular drop off and pick up trips into Pattaya.

We also have a one bedroom unit in this development if you need more space.

This is 5 star luxury in a superb location for a 2 star price.

- No smoking inside the apartment please. If you or one of your guests does smoke in the apartment, we will engage a specialist cleaning company to get rid of the smell of stale smoke. The cost of 7,000 Baht will be deducted from your deposit.
- A generous amount of electricity usage is included in the price of renting the villa. 50 units of electricity is included per night of your stay. For any usage over 50 multiplied by the number of nights you stay will be charged at 7 Baht per unit. The following house rules will help ensure you do not exceed the electricity allowance.
- Please do not use the towels provided to clean the floor or any other dirty surface. Also please do not use them as floor mats. If towels are used in this manner and stained, you will be charged the replacement cost for new towel/s at the rate of 400 Baht per bath towel.
- Please respect the other residents of the condo and do not make loud noise that will disturb neighbours after 9 pm.
- If you are smoking on the balcony, please close the door into the condo and please do not throw used cigarette butts on the floor. There is an ashtray provided.
- If any bedding is stained, you will be charged for a replacement set, at the cost of 3,500 Baht per set.
- If any glasses, crockery or other items are broken please report these breakages. You will be charged a normal replacement cost. We will check our inventory after each stay so will be aware of any breakages even if you do not report them.
- We do not accept groups of 4 single men. The maximum number of single men is 2. There are two double beds therefore each bedroom is suitable for one single or one (straight or gay) couple. Sleeping on the sofa is not allowed.
No pets.

This room is perfect. Very clean and kind and comfortable. It is close to walking street. I want to visit here again.

아주 좋았어요. 교통도 좋고 무엇보다 수영장이 너무 깨끗하고 방에 냄새도 너무 좋았어요! 위치가 조금 아쉽긴 하지만 행복하게 지냈어요^^

Great apartment and very central without being in the middle of crazy. Easy walking distance to bars etc. Safe and clean. Excellent amenities at Unixx with the pool outside the door! Definitely worth a look if your searching for somewhere to stay AirB&B people!

Exactly what we were looking for. The electricity limit is a little unsettling as it is difficult to gauge how much the limit is in real terms but other than that, everything was just perfect. The cafe at the entrance to the condo block is fantastic - perfect for breakfast!

파타야에 머물면서 틈틈히 맥주들고 이용했던 수영장풀과 헬스장은 정말 좋았고 경비인 가드들이 정말 유쾌해서 오고나갈때마다 행복했으며 워킹스트레이트까지 걸어서10분 또한 아파트 앞에서 10바트를내고 썽태우를 타고 워킹스트레이트를지나 바다근처에서 관광을 즐기면서 정말 좋은 여행이 되었습니다

房間很整潔、步行去walking street 幾分鐘就到、同樓層就有泳池、價格便宜..再來pty我亦會選擇此處.
