The apartment is located on the top floor of my home, located in the picturesque and quaint neighborhood of Rocky Neck, home of the oldest working art colony in the US. It is light and airy with skylights throughout, has large deck, full kitchen, king bed, shower/tub, plenty of closet/drawer space. Restaurants, galleries, live theater and beaches are just steps away. Additional beaches, as well as scenic Rockport and downtown Gloucester with plenty of shopping and dining only minutes away.
There is a dedicated off-street parking space - a rarity in this small, quaint neighborhood. Being such a popular location throughout the season, parking can be extremely challenging without such a convenience. Also, there is a scheduled water ferry to and from downtown Gloucester, as well as a bus stop at the entrance to Rocky Neck that can take you downtown and to neighboring Rockport.

I live in the oldest working artist colony in the US. It is a lovely and, dare I say, colorful little community. I am retired, love gardening, combing beaches and collecting antique glass and pottery. I'm not a cold weather fan and spend Winters in Negril, Jamaica. I have a kitty, Talulahbelle, who is my #1 love.
