Hi Sean, Thanks for taking the time to write such a detailed review. While i can understand your frustration, I feel this is a very harsh review. This wasn't a trick or a scam, but a simple mistake that an employee made upon checking two guests with very similar names in. I understand that it was our fault, and I was available immediately via phone call and collectively, we did the best we could do to accommodate you at the late hour of the night in which you arrived. Not only did we offer you multiple different rooms, but we gave you extra complimentary refreshments, AND I gave you a 50% refund for the inconveniences. I can only apologize again, and assure you and anyone reading this review, that this was NOT a scam, just a mistake, that has never happened before and won't happen again. I wish you the best.
