This full equipped and cozy apartment is located in my favorite neighborhood : the charming Canal Saint Martin. Perfect location to reach all the best areas in Paris. Feel free to read the description below.
Bonjour et bienvenue!
I have lived in Paris for several years and I'm enjoying it a lot.
3 years ago, I found my new home in my favorite neighborhood, Canal Saint Martin : Filled with cool bars, trendy shops, lovely cafes and good restaurants, this charming area is young, safe, vibrant and lively… Good atmosphere, good vibes! When the sun is out, everybody is outside with some snacks and bottles of wine. It's the best place to stay during the warm months.
My apartment is between the Canal Saint Martin and the "Canal de l'Ourcq". Less know than the first, the "Canal de l'Ourcq" is very lovely. Perfect area for walking, jogging, riding a bike, picnics, playing outside games or sailing no-licence boat… You will find plenty of cool places and amazing cafes… Also nice and smiling people. The spirit is peaceful, easygoing, chilled and authentic!
Supermarkets, bakeries, fruits markets, butcher's shop, rotisseries, cinemas (two "MK2" cinemas along the canal), banks, subways, rental bike stations (VELIB)… and all the facilities/services you may need are within five minutes walk from the flat.
My apartment is full equipped and very cozy. Passionate about decoration, I try my best to make my place a good mix with modern, industrial and old furniture. On the 2 floor with elevator, my 25sqm comprises : entrance, modern kitchen, bathroom with bath, washing machine and window, separate toilet with stained-glass window, living-room with a big couch (fold-out sofa bed), TV, fast wifi, speaker with connecting jack cable, table and some space to organize clothes. On the mezzanine, there is the double bed (Simmons mattress): the space is very comfy like a cocoon. You have 1m25 ceiling height in the bedroom and 1m90 under the mezzanine.
The flat is quiet and overlooks the courtyard. The old parisian building is secured by an entry code and an intercom.
Clean towels and bed linen are provided.
4 metro lines within 5 minutes walk from the apartment : Lines 2, 5, 7 and 7bis - Station Jaurès or Louis Blanc. Perfect location to reach all the best areas and tourist sites :
- 10mins by direct metro to Pigalle/Montmartre (line 2); Park Buttes Chaumont (line 7bis) or 15mins by walk
- 15mins by direct metro to République/Oberkampf (line 5); Galeries LaFayette/Opéra (line 7); Père Lachaise (line 2)

Hello, my name is Laurie. I live in Paris. I love my city but i leave it easily to travel all over the world. After a one year round trip, I settle down in a small flat in Paris near the charming canal St Martin but I try my best to do 2 big trips every year... So far, I didn't fail and hope this is going to continue for a little while
