1. Smoking is NOT allowed in the property or on any of the balconies. No BBQ’s allowed on anywhere on the property.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. Maximum Occupancy: Properties do carry a maximum number of guests allowed (8). Violating the maximum occupancy with permission will result in eviction with no rental or security deposit refund given.
4. House Parties: Hose parties are strictly prohibited. Those violating this policy will forfeit their reservation and no rental or security deposit refund given.
5. Age: Guest must be 25 years of age or older. If under 25, guest must have a chaperone of proper age. Failure to comply will result in the loss of reservation and no rental or security deposit refund given.
6. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

9. Owners Locked Closet: Each unit has owner’s private storage. These Locked areas are absolutely not included in the rental and tampering is not prohibited.
10. Pets are NOT allowed
11. Parking: Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. No trailers or boats to be parked on the property.
12. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
13. Water and Septic: No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the drainage system, you could be charged damages for repairs.
14. Breakdowns: We do not guarantee air conditioning or appliances. There are no refunds should they fail. Our main goal is to keep everything in good working order prior to your arrival. If for some reason there is a breakdown we will do everything possible to repair any malfunction and correct the situation.
15. Lost or Left Behind Items: We are not responsible in any way for personal belongings or items left behind after departure. All belongings and items left behind will be donated to charity. There are times that you may realize that an item was left behind, if found any shipping required will be sent to you COD.
16. No motorcycles on property
17. No excessive noise after 10pm
19. No refunds will be given for storms.
20. Damage Fee: The security deposit will not be refunded for the following but not limited to:
• Intentional, willful, reckless, or malicious acts of the tenant or others on the premises during the stay.
• Gross negligence, intentional misuse of any device, appliance, furniture or belonging.
• Damage caused while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Damage from motor vehicles.

I live in Bronte, west Oakville at the Lake. Home to the 2016 and 2017 Canadian Open Championship...... Golf. I enjoy golf, interior design, health and fitness, college football, gardening, as I look after the gardens around the historical properties including the Glendella House, Post Office/Art Gallery and Police Station. I have worked many years in the corporate business world and plan to spend more time in Murrells Inlet, SC in winter.
The units at Player's Village, TPC Myrtle Beach, SC are unique and ideal as they are close to everything. My business partner Dave and I enjoy ensuring our guests have a great experience.
I also look forward to meeting guests who stay with us in Oakville at the historical Glendella House. I can arrange Fishing or Pleasure Boat tours just steps away, Restaurant suggestions or reservations even host wedding guests. It's such a unique property and I hope others get the chance to discover it. It is truly remarkable.
