This is a Permitted Rental, completely inspected and approved by Maui County, & the regular daily pricing is $271.00 per night & Includes all State of Hawaii Taxes, General Excise Tax of 4.166% & Transient Accommodation Rental Taxes of 9.25% for a total of 13.416% in Taxes = $32.06 per night for our regular season nightly rates which require a Minimum Two Night rental as We Pay $150.00 per stay regardless of duration of rental. Note: Seasonal Rates for Thanksgiving and Winter Holidays also include taxes within the quoted rates.
