This custom designed house is located in a quiet neighborhood of Waikoloa Village on the Big Island of Hawaii. The house has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a half bathroom, and an office which includes a daybed and can be used as a fourth bedroom.

The distinctive features of the house are clear-stained solid cedar walls and open beam ceilings which produce an expansive and airy effect in a floor plan that covers 2400 square feet under roof, including a large lanai. The house is comfortably furnished with predominantly Scandinavian-designed furniture. The interior decoration includes a large array of pictures and objects of art from Hawaii and California, as well as Japan, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Austria, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic and Russia. The yard is landscaped in a style with Japanese garden features.

Waikoloa Village is situated on the northwest side of the Big Island on the slopes above the famous Kohala Gold Coast resorts, white sand beaches and Championship golf courses. The Village is conveniently located within a 20 minute drive to the Big Island's most luxurious resorts (Mauna Kea Beach, Hapuna Beach Prince, Mauna Lani Bay, Hilton Waikoloa and the Fairmont Orchid) and to world class beaches (Mauna Kea Beach and Hapuna Beach). Recreational activities in the village include a famous 18-hole golf course, swimming pool, and tennis courts. The Village has a shopping complex with a full service market, service station, restaurants, banks and shops. Guests have free access to the swimming pool and tennis courts and can get discounted green fees for the par-72 Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed course.

No smoking, no pets property. 5 night minimum, 10 nights during Christmas.

Kona Coast Vacations respects your vacation time. We are happy to chat with you, before and after your arrival. We normally do not greet our guests as we provide directions from the airport to the condo with access codes, once the reservation is paid in full and rental policies are signed. We will not contact you unless you ask us to do so. We are available and our office is open 7 days a week to answer any of your questions. We are located right in Kailua Kona. We are only a phone call away if emergencies happen. As a guest of KCV you also have access to Kona Concierge at no additional cost. You will find a property information book inside your vacation rental with any important information pertaining to your island home.
