Classic adobe in the heart of one of Santa Fe’s most beloved historic East Side neighborhoods on Apodoca Hill. Adobe Dream is a 5-minute walk to beautiful Canyon Rd, then 20 minutes to the city center, The Plaza. This new home with air conditioning consists of 2500 sq. ft. of living space, three bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. High end finishes include Spanish Pueblo doors, Asko, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, custom cabinets, granite, travertine and marble countertops, beautiful maple hardwood floors and three fireplaces. There are beamed ceilings to give the house the complete look of an old adobe with a contemporary flavor. High ceilings. Plenty of natural light. The master suite offers a king bed, fireplace and fabulous bath. The two guest bedrooms share a bath and a half and offer two kings with the option of one being converted to twins. The original artwork has been collected over the years by the owners who have been visiting Santa Fe for decades. The sound system has speakers throughout the house and there are three flat screen TVs in the home. As you approach the home, you will be welcomed with a portal and driveway of tumbled brick. Through the front gate is a small, intimate front patio with bistro table and chairs. The rear covered portal with fireplace offers wonderful views and a dining table and gas grill. Beds: 2 Kings and 2 Twins (can be made into a King) - there is an additional queen bed that can be made up as well. Minimum night stay may be required during peak seasons.
