Modern apartment in a quiet neighborhood of the busy town of Nea Kallikratia. Situated right on the water, offers panoramic view of the crystal blue Aegean sea, all the way across to Mt Olympus. Far enough from the lively downtown area, yet 5 minutes walk from the center where everything is happening. Fully equipped and functional 45sqm with a big balcony of unparalleled beauty. Whether romance, family vacation or inspirational alone time is what you're looking for, this is your unique getaway
The apartment is in the lively town of Nea Kallikrateia, on the first leg of Halkidiki, one of Greece's most famous vacation spots, well known for its turquoise waters and fun summer life. It is situated right on the water, the sandy beach is literally in front of the house. Ideal for those who enjoy a rather small and quiet beach with a "private feel" to it, away from the sunbeds and cafeterias on the main beach, which can also be reached within 5 minutes on foot. The flat is on the third floor of a five store building and it includes one bedroom with two single beds, placed right next to each other, with a closet and access to the balcony. A big enough living room with two sofas that turn into comfortable single beds, fully equipped kitchen and small but functional bathroom, washing machine included. Last but not least, a big private balcony with mesmerizing, one of a kind view.
The whole apartment is for you to use and treat as if it were yours. Please feel free to water my plants in the hot Greek summer :)
I am always happy to provide any information that could be useful to ensure the best of vacation for you. Driving directions, where to go, what to eat, tips about towns and beaches, willing to share all i know about the area and my country, if you wish so.
I would appreciate basic respect for the quiet hours rules, as applied in this country by law, which would be 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00.
Please keep the bedroom smoke free
I am a musician, currently working as a pharmacist in our family business. I live in the city of Thessaloniki but I love to get out of town as much as I can. Day trips, longer excursions in and out of the country and camping are my favorite things to do. As much as I enjoy traveling, I am happy and content staying home, spending time with my friends, cooking, watching movies and relaxing. Wouldn't say no to a good rock concert though!
