1) Welcome at Check-in, Au Revior at Check-out. We prefer Check-In and Check-Out at Pre-agreed times, give or take 30 minutes. This helps with our full time work commitments.
1a) Please note our official check out time for guests from previous night is 12:00, and check in time time for You is 14:00. We 'll try our best to facilitate earlier check-in for Your Group.
2) Occasional call / text / AirBNB interaction / smartphone messenger 08:00 to 22:00 if we're not in meetings.
3) Occasional pop in between 11:00 and 21:00.
5) Our service flows on 5 star ratings and feedback. We're always available on messaging services.
[a] We aim to provide Excellent Guest Experience.
[b] We prefer Check-In and Check-Out at pre-agreed times, as we are a working family. We will of course try and be flexible and practical when possible.
[b1] Check-Out guidance is 08:00 to 12:00. Check-In 14:00 to 21:00. We will always try our best to enable families with young children Check In/Out at child-friendly times.
[b2] In case your flight / train / mode of transport is running late, or for any other reason why you may not be able to keep to within 30 minutes of your pre-Agreed Check-In or Check-Out time, we're still Cool.
Just have one person in your group enable Mobile Data / International SMS on your phone so you can keep in touch with the Host via WotsApp / SMS Text instantly, in real-time, while you are on your way.
[c]Lead Guest please confirm that each member of your group will read and comply with Essential House Rules and Booking Requirements.
[c1] To comply with Insurance, Security and Emergency Requirements we shalll be requesting Full Names, Profession and Passport ID for each member in your group.
[d] The Cleaning Fee on your AirBnB bill covers initial freshen up after previous guests and fresh bed linen and towels, ready for your check-in.
This is one-off service, for a one-off fee. When your stay extends beyond a few days, we encourage guests to use laundry and cleaning appliances in the Apartment and keep the place clean. This is your home for this period.
If you wish to book optional weekly cleaning and fresh linen service please let us know in advance, at the time of booking, or soon after check-in.
[e] Secure Off-Street Parking is Optional and not included in room rate. Space is limited and Guests requiring parking should reserve this at the time of booking accommodation.
(f) Infants under the age of 4 need not be entered as Child in your Enquiry or Booking Request and no charge will be applied for Infants. You do need to inform us at the time of Enquiry of any Infants in your group.
Children from the Age 4 upwards need to be entered as 'Child' on this platform so that sleeping and seating space can be provided.

d} Guest wash dishes, pans. Keep kitchen, bathroom, shared areas clean for fellow guests
1} Please state Exact No’s, Adults, children, ages

Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
