Our main home is 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, Office, Game room with pool table, pin ball machine, Golden Tee, a full bar and separate bathroom, pool, above ground spa, outdoor misters, built in music system through the home, custom outdoor kitchen with fire pit table and much more.
In addition, we have a 2 bedroom casita also included w/separate kitchen, Roku TV's in every room, built in music system, washer/dryer, and much more.
Dogs are welcome with advance notice.
We want you to enjoy our home as much as we do, but we do have a few house rules that we ask you and your guests to abide by during your stay. If these rules are not followed it may result in claims being made against your security deposit.
•This is not just a rental property, this is our home; please be respectful to our property and if something is broken like a glass, a plate, or something of greater value, please let us know and we can arrange to have it replaced. Our children were raised in this home so we take great pride in it as well as the things inside it.
•Pets: We only allow dogs in our home. Absolutely no cats whatsoever. The home owners are severely allergic. Bringing a cat in the home will result in the loss of your deposit.
•Please watch all children and dogs around the pool and make sure children are wearing floaties at all times if they cannot swim. We have left a supply of extra floaties for your use if needed. They are located in the bin outside. Please return them after use.
•Please turn off lights when not in use as it's not only expensive it's very harmful to the environment.
•THRE IS NO SMOKING IN THE HOME. SMOKING IN THE HOME WILL RESULT IN A MINIMUM $200 FINE. If you are a smoker please only smoke outside and make sure to properly dispose of your cigarette butts.
•Please no illegal drugs or illegal activity... this is a given but we had to mention it.
•Please make sure that the fire pit table and outdoor misters are turned off after use. The fire pit table uses a propane tank (which has a meter) and is very expensive and if used excessively we may need to charge you for more propane.
•No Glass in the trash compactor.
•Before leaving the house make sure that the doors and windows are closed and locked. This is less for security and more for not wasting energy to heat/cool the outdoors.
•Please do not access or try to access any locked areas as these are where we keep our personal belongings and they are really of no value to anyone but us and our family. There are alarms and cameras in these spaces so please do not enter them. In the event of a breach of this rule a $1,000.00 fee will be charged.
•Please report any problems so that we may get them repaired as soon as possible.
•Please do not park in front of the guest house and/or RV garage down below the house unless you have also rented this space or without prior permission. The parking in front of these areas will be solely for the use of guest that has rented the guest home in the front of the property.
•You may park in the driveway of this home and/or behind the home in the wash (if additional space is needed).
•If you have a boat and/or RV and need parking for these please advise us and we can see how we can accommodate you with possible use of the RV garage.
•Your access code to the home is in the welcome letter - Please only give this to the guests in your party.
•Enjoy yourselves and have a good time and please let me know how I can improve this guide or anything else to improve your stay.
