This circa 1830s two-storey contemporary is chic with hardwood floors and exposed brick. Its glam factor is the lighting throughout the space and the monochromatic décor with surprise splashes of colour. Small at 1800 square feet, but it delivers!

The entire space. Access to Little England is by lock-box. The courtyard is private an accessible only from the inside of the house.

*Spirits, wine & beer can be purchased at the LCBO at The Tragically Hip Way & King Street (6 blocks away).
Groceries can be purchased The Metro (5 blocks away).
Little England is privately owned, and therefore the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that may occur while on the property. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risks and harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite to the property.
Please ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked when exiting the premises. It is recommended you use the security system provided. Only those persons registered are authorized to stay overnight.
Please be mindful when using the complimentary wifi. The internet is intended only for reasonable personal or business use. The owner does not accept any responsibility for any illegal Internet activity by renters or their guests.
Parking is included with a one week or more stay. You must provide at the time of booking the following information to obtain a parking pass: 1) length of stay 2) car model 3) colour of the vehicle 4) plate number, and the pass will be issued, either in person or left on the premises if 24hr check-in is required.
Street parking is free overnight from April 1 – Nov 31. Daily parking is available one block west at the Steam Museum for $1.00 an hour, and is free overnight from 5:30 p.m. to 8 a.m. Any applicable fines/ towing fees are the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Please be mindful of energy consumption during the summer months and turn down the A/C if you are going out for the day.
Complimentary items at your disposal to make your stay relaxing and worry-free include: a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor electric griller, bodum, java & tea, condiments. Outdoors there’s a gas barbecue and plenty of space to dine and entertain. Also on-hand you’ll find a hairdryer & toiletries (soap, shampoo, bubble bath), and lush towels for drying off. Plus, an iron and some closet space to park the swanky stepping-out garb you brought, or bought locally!
Smoking, laughter and wine is permitted in the private courtyard!
