Hello Raul, I'm sorry you had some disappointments during your stay at Pecos River Cabin. I'd like to offer a response. I think the sign you refer to -- the large sign for "Taylor Ranch" -- is for visitors crossing the river through the locked gate to reach several cabins over the bridge, on the east side of the river. Obviously, I'm not able to escort you as I live in Tucson! Clean linens are in the drawers under the beds and/or in the upstairs closet. My property manager is always available to help should you need anything you can't find in the cabin. (Her number is in the Guest Info book.) I'm confident that you found the cabin spotless when you arrived, as all my guests report, but you're right though -- "ants are ants." Not much we can do about them without using toxic pest control spray. As for the "unfriendly neighbor" -- I have an idea who this might be, but unfortunately his behavior and attitude aren't within my control.
Thank you for the feedback on these issues Raul. I always welcome feedback to help me improve my guests' experience. I hope you will come back to Pecos River Cabin!
