Directly across the street from the brand new $93 million dollar Chicago Cubs Spring Training Facility. It is conveniently located between 2 of the largest outdoor strip malls: The Tempe Marketplace and The Mesa Riverview. The Villagio at Tempe, is a gated community that has 24hour security gurard surveillance plus night vision cameras. Walking distance to the Cubs facility. Near restaurants, freeways, shopping, entertainment and golf.

This home is privately owned; the owners and/or assistants are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm or loss arising from their use of the premises or to others whom they invite to use the premise.
Please be kind to our owners and the environment when using the Air Conditioning. If you are leaving the home all day, DO NOT Leave the temperature below 79 degrees. You may be charged for excessive electricity charges during your stay.

PAYMENT: Credit and Debit cards are accepted. For stays shorter than 30 days, full payment plus security deposit is required for your time to be reserved. For stays longer than 1 month an extra security deposit is required and payment arrangements can be made. Occasionally, payment arrangements can be made for other special circumstances.
CANCELLATIONS – With a sixty (60) day notice a full refund is given. Cancellations, shortening of days or early departure with less than sixty (60) day notice a 50% partial refund is given with a maximum penalty equal to 7 days of your paid reservation. Pet fees and Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest never checks in.
IF PETS ARE ALLOWED - PET FEE: $20 per day with maximum of $150.00 (non-refundable); a maximum of 2 small dogs is allowed—Cats are not allowed due to common allergies.
Landscape, pool maintenance (if applicable) and exterior pest control is provided and may occur during your stay. (Please check the online listing to see if the property has a pool.) All Children near pool are Guest’s FULL responsibility
We want to RETURN your ENTIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT. Please follow the check out checklist below and cause no damage. Your Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure provided the following provisions are met:
During your stay, take trash and/or recycle bins OUT FOR COLLECTION. If applicable, Trash and Recycle
pickup instructions will be emailed to you after paid booking.
The night before you leave, launder any EXTRA sheets and towels you have used
Anything EXCEPT the ones you will still need for the last night/day.
If you can do more laundry in the morning, it is appreciated. (Especially if you have a large group.)
BEFORE 10:00 AM on check out day:
Pull down the covers of any beds that have been slept in, so the cleaning service will know to wash them.
Take sheets off of sofa sleepers or pull out couches and put furniture back together and everything in the right place.
Start a load of laundry at checkout. (The sheets and/or towels you used on the last night/day.)
Clean and put away all dishes.
Remove perishable food from the refrigerator and cabinets. Only sealed non-perishable food may be left behind.
Remove all of your personal items. Check every room, closet, dresser, bathroom and shower ONE MORE TIME!
Remove all trash from the home. Place all trash in outdoor containers that are provided. Please do not leave
excessive trash for the next guest. If the Trash and/or Recycle bins are FULL when you are leaving, you must
contact us. Email or text is fine.
Remove any dog waste from the yard if necessary
Set thermostat to 85 degrees in warm weather, turn thermostat off in cold weather.
Turn off all lights except the light outside the front door (some guests arrive after dark)
Leave keys & garage remote (if applicable) on kitchen counter and place one key in the lockbox outside.
Lock ALL exterior windows and doors.
CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM.
A small supply of provisions is provided in the home. (Toilet paper, Paper towels, Hand soap, Dish soap, Dishwasher soap,
Laundry soap, & Garbage bags) Please notify us if these are not provided.
Please don’t throw away any small refill containers
If there is a gas grill at the property, a full backup propane tank is provided at the property.
Please contact us immediately if the primary tank runs out.
Also contact us when backup light bulbs or batteries are used so we may replenish them.
