THIS RENTED PROPERTY is privately owned. You agree to indemnify McLean Company Rentals, staff, shareholders, and the owner of said property for all liability, damage, personal injury, or loss to the Property or its contents that occur during your stay resulting from any cause, including but not limited to negligence, violation of any law, carelessness, neglect, theft or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying or visiting the leased premises. We are not responsible for personal items lost, stolen or left behind. Occupant's or guests' personal property, including vehicles, are not insured by Owner, HOA or Owner's agent against loss or damage due to theft, fire, vandalism, rain, water, criminal or negligent acts of others or any other cause. Failure to submit the signed agreement within 24 hours will result in a cancellation of the reservation. McLean Company Rentals will contact the guest within 24 hours of the booking to make sure all guests are within the required ages and that guests do not plan to over occupy the property. If it is found that the guest is being untruthful, the reservation will be cancelled.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICIES - CITY NOISE ORDINANCES - IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES: Your rental rate includes a personal meet and greet walk through at check in and again at check out. The rate that you have been quoted is not including the mandatory TOT Tax. You certify that each responsible party/guest is 25 years of age or older (The City of Rancho Mirage requires signer must be over 30 years) and agree to honor the specified occupancy limits for this home and conduct yourselves in a manner respectful of neighbors by refraining from loud or unnecessary outdoor noises, disruptive parties, over-occupancy or any activity that interferes with the quiet enjoyment of neighbors, traffic flow, the community, and residents. Renter/ tenants and guests will maintain the home in good order and appearance at all times and will not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors or prompt written or verbal complaints to McLean Company Rentals from police, neighbors, neighborhood associations or homeowner associations (HOA). If rented property is governed by an HOA, Lessee agrees to abide by all HOA Association rules and regulations. City ordinance does not allow more than two people per bedroom. Failure to adhere to the ordinance will result in forfeiture of the remaining rental period unless remedied
ACCELERATED EVICTION - OUTDOOR NOISE - OVER-OCCUPANCY - VIOLATION OF LEASE: Amplified outdoor music of any kind is not allowed by City ordinance in the City of Palm Springs. Laws that are designed to maintain the relaxing and restful qualities that make the Desert area a special place are strictly enforced. It is understood and agreed that ANY loud or large party, violations due to over-occupancy, unnecessary outdoor noise, indoor noise that causes neighbors to complain, or for violations of minimum age requirements of homes can result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all funds plus up to $1500.00 charge to the credit card or entire security deposit. In addition, renters may also be responsible for fines issued directly by city officials or police for good neighbor policy violations. A minimum $250.00 City citation will be issued directly by the City without further notice if a neighbor is disturbed, a complaint is outdoor music is played or if indoor music is audible from the property line.

OPTIONAL POOL HEAT during the winter months may be added for an additional fee of $59 per day plus a $35 activation fee. This option can be added once the reservation has been confirmed through the AIRBNB adjustment tool.

ALL HOME RESERVATIONS for greater than twenty-eight (28) nights must pay actual utility fees instead of the daily pool heating charge. Guests shall pay actual gas and electric utility charges, which will be
billed against client's utility deposit within 6 weeks of departure. We will send you a copy of your utility bill at the conclusion of your reservation.

My Name is Natalia I was born and raised in Palm Springs. I am married and a mother of two wonderful boys two and four years old. I have a great deal of knowledge about the Coachella Valley and all of the wonderful things it has to offer whether it be a family vacation, special occasion or just a weekend getaway with good friends.
