Thank you Rafa for your review. This is not my standard at all and I will remind the cleaners to be more thorough. Also, I believe you were told about photo-id when you booked. However, I now understand why you left my place like a dump. It took 2 extra hours to clean out.
I know you were very unhappy about not being able to check out late. I informed you about 11AM checkout when you booked and also when I checked you in. You did not request late checkout. Unfortunately, Cleaners had been booked and could not be changed at very short notice. Thank you for your understanding.
After you confirmed your booking, I wrote you back, thanked you for your booking and offered you information about how to get to my apartment from the airport. I also informed you in the same email that:-
- I will require you to bring a photo-id and the credit card you used for the
booking. This is also, the IDs I asked for when you checked-in
- In this same email, I offered you the opportunity to cancel your booking
if you do not want to provide your photo-id you provided to Airbnb to me
- I also explained to you the reason why. That is, that often, people who plan
parties, and destroy apartments book just a few days before checking-in
About the rubbish:- I personally checked in with you 24 hours after you arrived to make sure you have settled in. You wrote back and said you have settled in and thanked me. You mentioned finding "rubbish" which you cleared out and wrote "so no worries on that. Have a lovely day!" I thanked you for your understanding, saying the cleaner must have forgotten it.
Office: There is a large office desk with ample space and no business traveler has ever complained before.
