My typical work hours are from 6:30am to 4pm during the week. Sometimes later. I'm pretty outgoing so I'm happy to chat with you when we cross paths or you're welcome to keep to yourself. I'm usually in bed around 10:30pm during the week and midnight on the weekends.
Leucadia is a great neighborhood to stay in if you're looking for a relaxing beach holiday. Many places are walking distance. Very chill here. The one downside is the train. When it comes through the neighborhood it blasts a ridiculously loud horn. All the homes in the area are affected, not just mine. Locals are used to it and anyone new to it is shocked at first but accept it quickly. Despite the train, people still love it here. Also, I do not have cable TV. I use Roku to stream shows and movies.
Just don't be a jerk. My biggest pet peeve is dishes left in the sink. Please put them in the dishwasher or clean & dry after each meal. Also if coming from the beach please wash off your feet before coming in the house. I have a hose and towels in the backyard for your convenience.

I'm pretty outgoing and happy to give you tips on where to go and what to do while you are here. I'm happy to be a concierge for you. I know what it's like visiting a new place and trying to get the low down from a local so you can do something cool on your holiday.
