Judson, I accommodated your last minute request and you spent the night in the 3 bedroom house all to yourself in heart of South Natomas, all for 40$. And you left me the worse review I've ever had in the history of my 2 years of hosting. I'm sorry you could not figure out the thermostat right away, and could not figure out hot water control in the shower, although it's very straightforward. I asked you a few times to please let me know if you had any questions or needed anything, and you never got back to me. I would've been happy to help you with the thermostat and with the shower, I was just a few blocks away and would've immediately come to help you out, if you notified me that you needed anything. The bed is brand new of the upper quality, all reviews mention the outstanding beds I have. I apologize for the smell, one of my guests poured something down the drain and nothing could help me get rid of the smell, I'm replacing the plumbing.
